The eyepiece extender extends the camera's viewfinder by 15mm; thus bridging the gap between your eye and the viewfinder. This allows operation of the viewfinder without the needing to press closely to the back of the camera, and is thus more comfortable to use. The viewfinder extender also reduces the image size, which can be useful in assisting composition. Suitable for use with the Canon EOS range, except for the EOS 3, A2, A2e, 5, Elan II/IIe, Elan 7/7e, 30, 50, IX, IX Lite, 450D and 1D/1Ds Mark III cameras.
