Epson R-D1s Digital Rangefinder Camera

The unique R-D1 digital rangefinder camera has extended its special role to the new Epson R-D1s model. The camera inherits the same concept as its predecessor, but has now accumulated some software updates and additional functions. The new functions allow for low noise, format-filling photos, optimal image preview and extended colour spaces.

Just like the R-D1, the R-D1s incorporates a 6-mega pixel APS-C size sensor and supports Leica M and L mount lenses. New features include a ??uick View??record review function, RAW + JPEG support, Adobe RGB colour space, image parameter control and higher playback magnification. To further drastically enhance image quality, the R-D1s also features an improved algorithm for noise reduction, which is especially effective when using the long exposure mode with noise reduction for dimly lit situations such as night shots.

This new digital rangefinder has an in-built dead pixel correction system which eliminates any disturbing spots on your images, bringing you flawless pictures.
