Olympus 50-200mm Digital Zuiko ED f2.8-3.5 SWD Lens

The Zuiko Digital ED 50-200mm F2.8-3.5 SWD lens incorporates Olympus?new Supersonic Wave Drive technology to provide ultra fast and quiet auto-focusing speed. The Supersonic Wave Drive motors provide fast focusing speed of approximately 170 milliseconds (0.17 seconds). With a 4x zoom covering a zoom range equivalent to 100mm to 400mm of a 35mm camera lens, it also utilises ED lens elements to correct colour blurring.

Incorporating a circular aperture diaphragm which shapes aperture almost circular from the open position to the second stop, tasteful defocusing can be achieved near the open aperture making the main subject appear more prominent. Built in a weatherproof design, it is immune to splashes and poor weather. Mechanical Manual Focusing enables sharper focusing on subjects.
